200 mM K-ferricyanate		20  ul				4 mM

200 mM K-ferrocyanate	        20  ul				4 mM

1M MgCl2 		         2  ul				2 mM

40 mg / ml X-gal		25  ul			        1.0 mg / ml
(made in DMSO)
Make stain up to volume with 1X PBS

  • Use 100 ul stain per Eppendorf tube
  • Add 1 ul of blood
  • Mix gently and incubate @ 37 C
  • Use positive and negative controls
